White Box Studio - Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

* All bookings must be made in advance.

* Government issued photo identification must be provided upon arrival, and needs to match the name listed on the booking.

* A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking.

* Full payment is due before the start of the rental period.

2. Cancellation Policy:

* Cancellations made prior to 48 hours will be refunded 100% of the booking fee.

* White Box Studio reserves the right to charge the full rental fee for cancellations made within 48 hours.

3. Damage and Liability:

* The client assumes full responsibility for any damages caused to the studio property or equipment during the rental period.

* White Box Studio is not liable for any loss or damage to the client's belongings during the rental period.

4. Security Deposit:

* A security deposit may be required before the start of the rental period.

* The security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after the event, provided there are no damages to the studio property or equipment.

5. Studio Conditions:

* The studio space must be returned in the same condition as it was found.

* All equipment, props, and personal belongings must be removed at the end of the rental period.

* A cleaning fee of $150.00 may be charged if the studio is not returned in a clean and orderly state.

6. Use of Space:

* The client agrees to use the studio space only for the purposes stated in the booking agreement.

* The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for their event.

7. Indemnity:

* The client agrees to indemnify and hold White Box Studio harmless from any claims, damages, injuries or liabilities arising from the client's use of the studio space.

8. Termination of Agreement:

* White Box Studio reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the client violates any terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law:

* This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms:

* White Box Studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

By booking White Box Studio, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
