  • No deposit required. However, you must pay in full before gaining access to the space and provide a government issued identification that matches the booking name.

  • Any cancellations within 48 hours or less of the booking will be subject to pay 50% of the booking.

  • Yes, there is limited parking at the back of the building. However, ample parking along the side and on the street out front.

  • No events that require a AGLC license (Liquor, Marijuana, Gambling, etc.) & a maximum occupancy of 75 persons.

  • If there is a mess left behind there will be a cleaning fee of $150.00.

  • Absolutely, we encourage that!

  • Yes, free wifi is available with your booking.

  • Yes, the main door and bay door are both wheelchair accessible.

  • Please keep in mind that there may be other bookings after yours. If we have availability it is no problem to run late. We will just update the billing to account for the additional time.

  • Yes, once you book you will hear from us and there will be a dedicated person to assist you with any questions you may have.
